Roman has been working after school at the studio since 2003 and has always done small projects since he was a youngster. Even though he is our newest team member, he is a smart, responsible young man and very eager to please.
He is an important part of the studio's daily operations. His sole responsibility is being in charge of packaging and client pickups.
Our studio is very proud of Roman and his ability to learn any new project quickly and without much supervision. Sheila calls him her perfect employee since she doesn't have to "babysit". She quickly pipes in saying, "that's hard to find these days."
We as parents are proud that Roman can take on many responsibilities without each of them interferring with the other plus giving each the respect and dedication they deserve.
Roman tells of his favorite moments in the studio by saying, "I love to provide folks their finished portraits, there's nothing like seeing their eyes light up when seeing them."

Sheila runs the daily operations as Studio Manager. Randy likes to call her the brains and Boss. "She calls the shots," Randy says with pun intended.
Born in Mexico, Missouri and raised in Hallsville. Sheila boasts of spending summers with grandparents as a youngster. "Some of my fondest memories are on the farm in Paris and waiting for the ice cream man in Mexico at my grandparents." I had very close family when I was young and have family all over the area." says Sheila
With a passion for business, Sheila worked at the University of Missouri for 10 years, five of those organizing a management seminars put on each year for journalists all over the country. She also worked at A.B. Chance company for five years until business was too much to handle two full-time jobs. "Now I just work 80 hours a week at the studio." Sheila says.
What is it that Sheila loves most about Mirror Images? "My husband, I know he is good at his craft, so I stand with him. My knowledge helps free him to use his creativity in the camera to please our clients, and he loves to please the clients!"

Our studio takes a very personal approach to photographing our clients. Which means we like to get to know who you are, before we try to record that in your images.
Professionally, we are active members of the Professional Photographers of Missouri and the Professional Photographers of the Ozarks, which Randy is also a member of the Board of Directors. This means we subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are continually attending classes to become better at what we do.
Randy recently stated his thoughts about photography and the way it has affected his life. "I feel very honored that I am chosen because of of my skills as a photographer to be that someone to handle the generations that have been here, I am their Senior photographer, I am their Wedding photographer, I am THEIR children's photographer, I am their family's photographer and then I have been given the privilege of photographing THEIR grandchildren."
